The JavaScript Software Engineer, works within a highly visible team at Autodesk where the code you develop will have a direct, positive impact to millions of users of our products. Specifically, every time one of our customers log in to access any of our cloud based products, they will be touching the code you have developed. This experience is key to our business and one of our organization's top three initiatives around transformation and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Write code in JavaScript language and relevant tools to deliver value to our customers.
- Translate requirements and mockups into functional web applications with JavaScript and HTML.
- Contribute to research, design and implementing improvements to platform technology solutions.
- Thoroughly unit test, debug and solve defects in implemented software solutions.
- Help promote and drive sound engineering design, process and quality practices.
- Provide troubleshooting and support to developers, customers, and technical support.
- Adapt quickly and collaborate effectively within a team environment
